3R Technology has a quantity of (300) 16GB and (34) 32GB ECC DDR3 RAM modules available for sale. The (300) 16GB modules include mixed models and MFGs and are available in 1333MHz, 1600MHz and 1866MHz.  The (34) 32GB modules are MFG by Samsung and the model is: M386B4G70DM0-YK03.  

All our RAM modules are tested in accordance with the R2v3 standards, are classified as R2 key functions working and carry a 90-day guarantee.
