There were a couple ctomers who did not pay in time last month. Bids from those ctomers will not be considered for this LOT.

REQUIREMENTS to bid:

1.       Acceptance of 100% TTAdv payment terms and n pay so that full payment is received by Rand by 6/20.

2.       SIGNED Acceptance of “Bill and Hold” Agreement (attached)

a.       The ctomer is required to sign the agreement at the time the order is processed. The agreement states that, if the ctomer is unable to schedule pick up by 6/29, the ctomer agrees that the product is ctomer-owned and Rand will hold for a short period of time to allow the ctomer to schedule pick up.

3.       Ctomer is an existing ctomer and has a proven track record of expeditio order processing and on-time payments
