AmericaTech Bid Offering:
1. All new and ed tested working material will be offered with a 14 day warranty.
2. On line item bids highest price per line is what determines award.
3. Final discretion is with management to award material or not.
4. Third party bids are awarded solely based on what we are awarded by the ctomer.
5. Ctomer bid is their intention to purchase material if ctomer refes to accept their award (A.T.E.) has right to refe to include ctomer on future bids.
6. Ctomer mt submit PO (for all material) and signed contractual agreement (for finished goods material) within 24 hours of notification of award by A.T.E..
As an R2 electronics recycler, prior to shipping equipment and components (except equipment and components that are new and in their original packaging) that contain Foc Materials (FMs) and that will be reed as is or repaired, refurbished, or re-manufactured shall:
1. Utilize effective testing methods to confirm that the Key Functions of the equipment or components are working properly, or
2. Determine that the recipient vendor is a certified R2 electronics recycler, or
3. Confirm through an appropriate combination of contractual agreements, detailed materials tracking and record-keeping, and auditing that:
a. The equipment or components meet the specifications of the recipient vendor, and
b. The recipient vendor sells the equipment or components for ree, with their Key Functions functioning properly, and
c. The recipient vendor manages all residual FMs resulting from refurbishing operations in a manner that conforms to the R2 Practices.
