Before you fill out and submit the information above you must be sure the following conditions are met:

Transaction takes place in the U.S.
Seller must provide proof of ownership.
Both Seller and Buyer have been paying TBN Members for a min. of 3 months.
The insurance is for outright fraud, i.e. you send the money and the recipient disappears, this insurance is not for TBN to get in the middle of 2 members that have issues about quantity, quality, or type of product transacted.
You must fax to us a copy of your P/O to your supplier, and your supplier 's invoice to you. BOTH DOCUMENTS MUST HAVE THE IDENTICAL DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY OF THE PRODUCT WORD FOR WORD. TBN will gladly sign your confidentiality agreement as well.
TBN reserves the right not to offer transaction insurance based on past payment performance at TBN, poor or no credit history available at TRW, Dun & Bradstreet, and/or Equifax, or our instincts.
